Greetings! I’m Caroline Huot, navigating the gluten-free journey right alongside you.

From the vibrant pulse of Los Angeles, I juggle the joys of motherhood with two wonderful kids, savor my role as an avid food enthusiast, and champion a life full of zest and fulfillment, all intertwined with the intricate journey of managing celiac disease.

Over 10 years ago, my diagnosis turned my world upside down. But rather than settling for a life of dietary restrictions, I embarked on a quest to craft the ultimate gluten-free delights. Forget about bland salads or uninspiring pastries!

I confess, my coffee consumption might be a tad excessive, and my love for gluten-free pizza knows no bounds. But above all, I’m driven by a desire to make gluten-free living not just manageable, but downright enjoyable.

Some might call it optimism, but I genuinely believe that embracing celiac disease has unveiled some of the most fulfilling chapters of my life.

I dream of creating a world where everyone on this journey feels understood, supported, and a little bit more joyful.

Join me, and let’s prove that a gluten-free life can be rich, flavorful and full of surprises!
